8 Healthy Breakfast Options To Start Your Day Right

Happy Friday, Besties!! I hope you have something fun planned! We are going to a friend's wedding and I am so looking forward to catching up with old pals!! There's nothing like reliving middle school, high school, and college with your Besties from waaaay back!

I've rounded up some delish and nutrish breakfast options for you today!  Like I told you here, eating well starts with making a healthy choice first thing in the am.  If you start eating things that are good for you early in the day (when willpower is at its highest!), you are more likely to continue eating well as the day goes on.  That's not to say we should never have a big fat cinnamon roll for breakfast...weekend mornings were kind of made for that!  But that's an entirely different post.
